Our vacuum ovens are always ready to bake your samples with new surface changing features. We make new thin film recipes with atomic layer deposition (ALD), physical vapor deposition, electroplating and spin-coating techniques and do characterization of the samples with quick response times. We serve also scientific software and can satisfy your optical simulation needs. We work in Micronova, one of the most advanced nanobaking centers in the nordics, and have access to industrial scale ALD ovens as well. We are happy to bake custom solutions for both your macro- and nanoscale needs.
