Over the years, we have championed skills development through initiatives like Career Friday and the 'Start Them Young' campaign. Our Kiddies Career Fair, connects children with career role models and industry leaders. Our Consultancy Focus: We specialize in training and capacity building in Early Childhood Development (ECD) by equipping teachers, caregivers, and unemployed youth with essential skills for high-quality childcare and education. Through structured training programs and public-private partnerships, we support: • ECD school setups • Enhanced caregiving strategies • Collaborations with parents, communities, and institutions to foster holistic child development Our Impact: • children benefited from our Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) Services through our daycare and preschool since June 2013. • children influenced through community outreaches, events, sensitisation benefits from our Education Development and Community Engagement(EDCE) • Major Projects: o Formation and support of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) Unit to provide care, mental health, and psychosocial support for children, families, schools, and communities. o FCC Early Learning Adventure Market Crèches – Partnership with Freetown City Council to provide childcare services for children of traders and market women. o Child-Friendly Events: Kiddies Career Fair Kiddies Gala (in collaboration with Babies Props by Sonia) Child Safety Awareness & Events Catering to thousands of children, stakeholders, and learning institutions. • Internship Programs: o Yearly internship program for teenage mothers and women from vulnerable communities, equipping them with caregiving and soft skills for job readiness and placement, aligning with our CSR
