NASCEND is an innovative clinical solution, education and technology company dedicated to improving the health and well being of families affected by maternal substance use disorder (SUD). Our goal is to become the national paradigm of care for substance exposed infants, serving to decrease the social and economic burden of neonatal substance exposure (NAS). Founded as a public benefit company by two physicians with more than thirty years of combined experience in neonatology and addressing the growing epidemic of opioid exposure in infants, NASCEND understands that health care professionals and their supporting communities are facing an incredible challenge that requires a timely solution.
