Nascent Construction Consultants are a high quality, flexible Quantity Surveying firm providing QS, Contract Admin and Project Management Services across all sectors of the Construction Industry The company was formed by Bryan McGhie in 2019 following 20 plus years of experience working in large practices to provide a more personal, flexible quantity surveying service to potential Clients. Bringing extensive experience from across all sectors of the construction industry and combining this with the ability to provide an individual, tailored service allows Nascent to provide a top quality service and bring a "hands on" attitude to all of our projects Having worked hard to establish the company and after a successful first few years, Claire McGhie joined the company as Administration Director to help streamline the company output.
