Both of the owners were raised in Murfreesboro and have strong ties to the community. Trained by a structural engineer, field supervisor Jonathan Nash is adept at understanding and executing engineers’ reports and repair plans. As a student of MTSU’s Historic Preservation Department and The Center for Historic Preservation, Sarah Jane Murray brings a particular sensitivity to maintaining the existing form, integrity and materials during the treatment of any historic property. In addition, our craftsmen are capable of manufacturing specialized piers for customized solutions, saving time and money. We are easy to work with, knowledgeable and honest! We thoroughly assess the individual needs of each property owner or potential buyer as well as the structure itself.We will provide you with information that addresses the particular situation, offer multiple approaches when appropriate, and advise the property owner or buyer which option we would choose if we were in their shoes.
