Ebdaa’s journey started off 18 years ago in the field supplies with government agencies through participation in tenders and practices The main target of this first phase was to set a trustful bridge with our clients, to increase the amount of information about their needs and to study how to provide the best service to the client and develop the relationship with them, this was achieved by selecting the client’s most consumed items to ensure the long term connection with him and the understanding of his needs. In the second phase, we had the motive to expand our client network and markets, understand their requirements and increase the amount of information we have with more inclusiveness and integration. By 2011, Ebdaa’s framework has widened to include the private sector in proportion to what we have achieved with the governmental agencies; so the international corporations’ phase started off with a different strategy in terms of the nature of the goals and the arrangement of priorities for the performance of Ebdaa and its expertise in terms of futuristic economic studies and the constant preparedness for social and international variations to grow with it. By using young, capable,and energetic cadres in this phase, we has developed and even added advertising as an activity to be able to accommodate all the needs of the clients and provide them with appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve their goals. Ebdaa has managed to create a symmetrical blend between clients and markets, and conducting the approach of integrated task staff to pass experiences and adapt them to serve the clients and markets in the manner of reciprocity. Doing so, we are distinguished of Easy-abstaining in providing our services and marketing considerations. Now 2020 has come carrying our third phase of a creative journey based on management and business consulting, and expansion of online channels of communication with customers and markets.
