In addition to her coaching practice, she leads a women’s personal development program in the Swiss Alps that combines coaching with alpine mountaineering, inspiring women to step out of their comfort zones and into their potential. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation, and soon graduates from INSEAD with an Executive Masters in Change where he research focuses on how supply chain leaders manage uncertainty and ambiguity.
