Hello there, my name is Nate Stevens and I am a portrait, lifestyle, and headshot photographer based in Historic Downtown Gresham, serving the greater Portland area. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in capturing the unique spirit of everyday people - from musicians and actors to CEOs, farmers, engineers, surfers, salespeople, and more. I am passionate about telling the stories of individuals who are dedicated to creating something meaningful with their lives. I believe that the things we do and allow into our lives, as well as the things we choose not to do, all add up to create a picture of who we are. This fascinates me and inspires me to create beautiful, thought-provoking photographs. My love for art extends beyond photography. As someone with synesthesia, a neurological condition that allows me to experience auditory sensations when I see certain colors and color combinations, I am able to connect emotions and experiences to my art. I often draw inspiration from music, film, literature, and other visual arts. When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me spending time with my partner Liz, our two kids, and our three-legged husky. We enjoy exploring the outdoors, tending to our garden, going for hikes or trips to the river. I am excited to share my passion for photography with you and look forward to connecting with you soon!
