Nathaniel Paredes (Nate) served as Finance Manager for East Valley Water District in Highland, California. Mr. Paredes earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 2007 and received his Certified Public Accountant credential in 2013. His professional experience includes personal and corporate tax preparation, attestation services of general-purpose local governments, California pension administration and compliance, public utility financial reporting, operating and capital budget development, and personnel management. Mr. Paredes values and appreciates the higher-education community and attributes his career success to his educational endeavors. Since September 2020, Mr. Paredes has served as Client Liaison for Claremont McKenna College’s CMC Data Science Capstone Program. Mr. Paredes resides in Highland, California, with his wife Sarah, four children, and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, watching movies and tv shows, taking the kids to Jujitsu practice, and playing with his dogs.
