Inspired by Indigenous matriarchal healer Sam Tsuruda, Nation Group was born in 2015 with a purpose to foster anti-poverty and economic self-sufficiency through building First Nation projects that can make a difference. We at Nation Group, service or partner with First Nations who embrace their jurisdiction, and seek the expertise to plan, fund, and build business projects that Nations need and want. Nation Group isn't just a name; it's a promise. A promise to listen to each Nation and assist them in the creation of meaningful sustainable projects. We achieve this by co-creating viable business plans and matching them with innovative funding solutions, ultimately transforming these plans into fully operational Indigenous led businesses. Our portfolio proudly includes : Nation Clean Energy, where sustainability meets progress in our distribution of cleaner greener low carbon fuels and developing clean energy plants in partnerships with Nations. Nation Developments, working in partnership with Nations and Nation members to develop their lands by marrying their highest and best use with their housing needs, values and vision. Nation Stations, working with communities to profitably co-develop both micro and full-size retail fuelling stations with adjacent complimentary retail and commercial space when viable. Nation Grow, supporting community food and crop sovereignty to grow fresh produce, proteins and plants year around. Nation Group's story is one of Indigenous led collaborations.
