The institutions legal aims are into the statutes- To disseminate doctrinal and cultural concepts related to the development and progress of the Armed Forces of Portugal, in particular as regards historical and cultural issues and their current relevance- To provide associated entities with a constant update on matters related to the Armed Forces of Portugal- To stimulate, in the context of the national and Lusophone communities, the implantation of a collective mentality of national defense and sovereignty- Cooperate with public and private entities in the promotion of courses, studies, research and planning of activities dedicated to the Armed Forces of Portugal- Maintain an exchange with national and / or foreign counterparts, focusing on cultural studies and research on Military History, Geopolitics, Strategy, Security, Technologies and related subjects.
