National Space Intelligence Center

The National Space Intelligence Center is the Department of Defense’s primary source for space intelligence and is the Space Force’s service intelligence center. NSIC is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio. NSIC’s mission is to deliver game-changing intelligence and unmatched technical expertise to empower national leaders, joint force warfighters, and acquisition professionals to dominate in the space domain. NSIC produces and delivers foundational intelligence on foreign space capabilities and foreign threats to space operations, enabling military operations, force modernizations, and policy making. NSIC provides progressive, predictive, and pioneering intelligence to outwit, out-reach, and win in the space domain; protecting America and its allies in space and into the future.
