National Transfer Network

The National Transfer Network is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 by progressive institutions acting proactively to solve the US College Transfer Problem for its partner institutions and students. The Network is designed to clear a path for students to achieve their goal of earning a recognized, bachelor’s degree from a partner 4-year school in the most affordable, flexible way possible. The Network has been developed to make this as seamless as possible for students. It has to be. Most students are not aware of rules and regulations that guide student transfer practices in U.S. higher education, nor should they be. Students that are aware might be reticent to even start a college program because of fears that their first year or two of study will not “count” toward their final chosen degree. Rather than rules and regulations, all students should focus instead on defining their own goals to make better educational choices. The National Transfer Network gives them a high level of comfort so they can approach education positively, knowing they have access to a complete support system to help them earn the degree they want in the most flexible and affordable way.
