Native Karma

A brother and sister collaboration bringing you various restorative workshops guiding you through functional movements based on a blend of qi gong, pilates, yoga and feldenkrais. Movements will be focused on opening the physical structures of the body and becoming aware of the flow of energy throughout these structures, to support a mindful self exploration and deeper understanding of the language of the body. Finishing on the mat to bathe in healing frequencies of sound and hypnotic tones of led breath work and meditation. Our joy is to share with others the techniques which have brought us healing in our own processes, and hold a safe space for people to explore their own alongside like minded beings in a gentle and welcoming atmosphere.'
