Natixis Partners is the Natixis Subsidiary dedicated to M&A advisory services in France. Natixis Partners is fully independent in its execution of deals, whilst also benefiting from the support of a world class financial institution. Our partners founded the company together in 2009 and have been working alongside each other for over 20 years. They are entrepreneurs at heart and are fully involved at every stage of each transaction. Our team has a recognised expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory, over 500 transactions worth of experience and accompanies clients on all types of transactions. Natixis Partners works on more than 50 transactions each year, of which approximately 30 to 40 are LBOs.
