NATS, Inc. is a for-profit corporation. NATS, Inc. is authorized for operation as a postsecondary education institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and is also approved by the State of Tennessee Department of Health. Employment opportunities exist for nurse assistants in health care and NATS, Inc. seeks to enhance and improve levels of technical performance through training that prepares students to be an effective member of a health care team. An inherent purpose of the program is to prepare the students for the State Competency Evaluation required by the Tennessee Department of Health for placement on the State Nursing Assistant Registry. NATS, Inc. is authorized for operation as a post-secondary educational institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. The school provides a Nurse Assistant program consisting of a 4 week day course of 100 hour curriculum that includes both classroom and clinical training. The program is structured with an open curriculum that allows flexibility for training needs and facilitate job placement. Quarterly night classes will consist of a 6 week night curriculum with both classroom and clinical training.
