Natural Order Wine

Natural Order Wine or NOW is a Byron Bay based wine company producing and selling wines made out of the Barossa Valley. In the current market we are Australia's largest producer of truly unfiltered natural wine and growing rapidly. A little bit about NOW: NOW make wines that we ourselves enjoy for the right reasons. Our small group of Barossa Valley growers all farm organically, and we honour that nurtured fruit to make pure, playful and expressive wines that honour not just their place of growth, but also their moment of consumption. We believe that wines can only tell a story if they're guided through the winery, rather than pushed around it. So, without additions nor filtration, we aim to produce wines that carry with them a narrative within their texture. While our wines sit in the rapidly growing minimal intervention category we focus our production to make sure they are hyper palatable to be enjoyed by both the conventional and lo-fi wine drinker alike. NOW drink's more like a conventional wine with all the 'health' upside you get with minimal intervention (organic, vegan, unfined, unfiltered, min so2) wine.
