Our team - Jono Frew, Jake Herron, & Greer Manderson - is committed to empowering growers to have a say in the way that their business, and their life, works; to take responsibility for being in alignment with their values and vision. We are creating a new paradigm for what it means to be a farmer; restoring nobility and integrity to the profession; fostering self-expression, fulfilment, and authenticity. We are ‘bridges’ of communication, and a support network for personal and professional coaching & training that comes from our team’s practical experience and knowledge. We address root causes, rather than treating symptoms and relying on technology, in order to harness and optimise natural cycles, and build natural and financial capital. Our approach centres around the power of observation, and re-presencing our connection to and role within our ecosystems. Our purpose is about shifting from complicated simplicity to simple complexity - getting what’s in the way, out of the way, to allow Nature to do the work - enabling you to reach new levels of profitability, resilience, health, and peace of mind. In addition to coaching (custom annual coaching plans & by hourly rate), we offer biological products and custom diverse seed mixes, educational and interactive presentations & workshops, as well as free education for school students in year 13 and below.
