Natural Resilience is a philosophy embodied by Founder and Owner Ciaran May which he describes as "The Art of Living" Having spent over a decade in the field of Human Behaviour and Performance, Natural Resilience specialises in personal and business development through bespoke coaching, keynote presentations and unique workshops. As well as delivering keynotes and training to some of the top companies in the UK and Ireland we have also founded an online community to help business owners, founders and entrepreneurs Connect, Collaborate and Grow called "the Knowing Doing Gap" We also run the renowned Rising Tide Network events disrupting the traditional networking narrative.
