Nature-Angel

After a hard bereavement and cancer journey (from which I am fully recovered), I was guided to Reiki and mindfulness, through a friend and was awe-struck by the profound healing I received on a physical, mental and emotional level. Even in the midst of difficult times, I felt a renewed sense of inner peace and self-confidence, helping me to manage the hard feelings around the difficulties I was facing. This led me to pursue Reiki training and become a practitioner myself, I then spent a couple of years training to be a Reiki Master Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher, healing and learning with some of the best in the industry. Along my healing and learning journey, I've also explored other mindful practices and worked with a variety of healers to connect to myself, my clients, my community and most importantly to Nature! Through life experience and training I have a deep understanding of the importance of care and consideration that must be taken, when supporting people at their most vulnerable. It's my passion to help others find strength, release, and have renewed passion for life through these powerful practices, and so Nature-Angel was born!
