Nature Guardians

Nature Guardians works for the protection of nature and wildlife. Its goal is to participate in reversing the global erosion of biodiversity and to show that it is possible to undertake for its protection. Nature Guardians is independent and aims to multiply the actions in favor of a better protected nature and is financed by the support of individuals and companies. We are in constant search of new supporters. The protection of nature and wildlife requires a multitude of actions that are too little exploited, often due to a lack of economic interest for those who would have the means to do so. A more important protection of existing protected areas (e.g. a total stop of hunting, trapping and logging in regional, national and European parks), the enlargement of these protected areas and the creation of new protected areas are quite possible. This can be done in collaboration with public and private actors (e.g, the multiplication of private nature reserves and the elaboration of a label "territory without hunting" for communities). In the same way, the implementation of actions to fight against all types of destruction of natural areas and soil artificialisation should be a priority, especially since the reduction of wild areas is ever more important. Numerous solutions exist: rewilding, planting of forests, support of associative and private initiatives for the protection of nature, enlargement of the protection perimeters, sensitization to the protection of the environment, legal actions. It is up to us to reverse a trend that endangers an increasingly fragile nature. The ecosystems, the fauna and the flora that we know are the fruit of millions of years of evolution and if we were to lose this fabulous patrimony then we would never be able to recover it.
