While the foundation of our work is balancing our screen time with green time, we offer a variety of preventative (upstream) solutions for mental and physical wellbeing. Our educational and experiential programming focuses on providing tools and resources to help people take a proactive and holistic approach to the current health challenges we are facing today as a society. We offer guided nature experiences, educational workshops, and a Train-the-Trainer program.
