The NAUREX brand has an outstanding and global reputation in the oil and gas recruitment industry. Such a brand was created and sustained by Jean Francois Maechel over many years and part of our brand value is honesty and integrity. In 2018, the company owned by Jean Francois was sold, but the NAUREX brand was not transferred. Sadly, the NAUREX brand has been used for the last 3 years without permission by Capefront AG and others on the website and elsewhere including social media. They have no legal right to do so. Naurex Limited and ML Technology own the trade mark and are the legal and rightful global brand owners; this means the tradename NAUREX and its rightful logo. They are taking action in the High Court in London against the new company owners and are determined to see a stop to their unauthorised use of the mark.
