Having believed in providing a practical solution to the woes of deprived and marginalised masses the emergence of Nav Nirman Foundation (NNF) finds its basis in such times when there has been an increasing pauperisation of the common man due to declining agricultural productivity and industrial deceleration on the one hand and the relative lack of sound state social welfare effort (in terms of policy and action) on the other.
