Naval Aviation Enterprise

The NAE is a military organization but it is not one command. It is the coming together of all Naval Aviation commands—and their partners— committed to active participation to drive readiness for the high end-fight. The NAE is cross-functional, transparent, accountable and committed to active participation to facilitate and align resources and processes to improve Naval Aviation readiness levels. The NAE ensures the effective management of critical readiness stakeholders across Naval Aviation, directly supporting the successful delivery of combat-ready forces while advancing future warfighting capabilities at the best possible cost. NAE leadership is committed to these principles that act as a guide for everyday decisions: Concentrate efforts on producing required readiness while sustaining Fleet wholeness and improving efficiency. Enterprise efforts are guided by the NAE Charter, which defines supported/supporting relationships within the Enterprise and emphasizes the NAE's focus on generating warfighting readiness.
