Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center

The Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) is a mature, comprehensive, Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT & E) services framework that serves the systems engineering (SE) community by streamlining the access, development, and flow of engineering information, data, and products across the Department of Defense (DoD). It is the Navy’s leading resource supporting systems engineers who are responsible for the RDT & E of Weapons Systems. It provides mission owners with requirement-driven solutions to run RDT & E workloads within an authorized and approved hybrid cloud environment. Under established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), it affords mission owners to obtain approved government commercial cloud (Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS) services for Impact Level 4 (IL4), IL5, and IL6. NSERC service offerings include a full range of customizable services, including Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), Platform as a Service (PAAS), and Software as a Service (SAAS) turn-key solutions.
