Our cooperative consists of a founding team of 16 people who have come together in Bremerhaven within the framework of the GIF study course. We do not represent a main focus, as for example a housing cooperative does, but use the individual strengths and competences of our team to be active in different projects. Therefore we set priorities through our projects in which we build up industry knowledge. In accordance with the nature of the cooperative, we develop together as a team and deal with innovative problem-solving approaches across all projects. This includes design thinking, the lean startup approach or the newest management models, among other things in relation to new challenges of the economy through digitalization or the values of new generations. In addition to financial aspects, we also focus on creating a positive contribution to our environment and the region around Bremerhaven through our projects. Among other things, we introduce people in Bremerhaven to a larger audience through the initiative Humans of Bremerhaven. We also work on projects that make it easier for non-profit organisations to collect donations. At the same time, we work together with companies in Bremerhaven to support them in their online marketing and positioning. In order to make our experience with creative and visual methods accessible to other people, we also organise workshops, especially for other young founders. Another addition to our portfolio is event management and the development of know-how in the gastronomy sector, for example through our party line "Viva la Black Fiesta".
