Navigators School

We are an ecosystem (oh, yes, decentralized and horizontal!) of intense basic and improvement courses for those who wish to work as educational strategists, educational consultant, learning journey mentor, group development facilitator, as well as for educators (teachers) who want to transform their teaching style and become navigators, who support students in their cognition and whole development, but not load them with information. We have built vivid personalized learning environment where everyone could grow personally and professionally based on own needs and interests. Our students start practicing as they enter the course, and we help them to adjust everything we offer to their professional situations. We love learning by doing! Besides group learning, we offer personal supervision sessions, and coaching circles to personalize methodologies and tools we offer. Learning is supported by professional community of our graduates, who help newcomers to enter the world of educational navigation, mentor their initial practice, assist them in creating new formats and solutions, and just support them like friends =)
