NAWO's vision is to see gender diversity valued and balanced at every level in operations. Our network brings together 100 organisations who are actively working toward greater gender equity. Backed by our proven tools and resources for shifting the dial on gender balance in operations, we support individual women to build successful careers and organisations to effectively increase inclusion and diversity.
