So to get it right, Naya traveled deep into the mountains of Lebanon to learn from the best source there is – two feisty Lebanese grandmothers with more than 16 decades of homestyle culinary brilliance between them. Naya returned to her adopted New York bearing authentic recipes passed on through generations, and at Naya Express, she's stayed true to them. We chop, slice, and grill using only the freshest ingredients, and we prepare our food in house, made to order. We see our creations as an expression of Lebanon.
