From the bustling Learning Commons and Makerspace at the newly-renovated D. H. Hill Jr. Library to the collaborative and immersive visualization spaces at the world-renowned James B. Hunt Jr. Library, students and faculty access the technologies, resources, spaces, and services they need to lead the next wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in North Carolina. NC State University Libraries at a Glance- Every day of each semester, over students visit the Libraries- The Libraries’ collection has more than 3.2 million titles and 123,350 print and electronic serial subscriptions-There were over 16 million total uses of the collection in 2019/20 - The Hill and Hunt Libraries are open 24 hours 5 days a week and every day during finals, barring extenuating circumstances- Over items were checked out using our robust Technology Lending program during 2019- Our textbook programs saved students over in textbook costs last year- More than students attended our 700+ instructional workshops that prepare them for academic and professional success- Our patrons downloaded more than 4 million articles last year from our online library.
