NCART's mission is to ensure that coverage and reimbursement policies allow individuals with significant disabilities to have adequate access to specialized and individually configured products and services, otherwise known as Complex Rehab Technology (CRT). To that end, we work alongside consumers, clinicians, suppliers, and manufacturers to establish and protect appropriate coverage, coding, supplier standards, and funding policies.
