NCM Fund Services acts for over 180 funds, offering a range of different fund administration services including regulated operator, accounting, company secretarial, administration and fund management. NCM also have a separate regulated entity (NCM Depositary Services) approved to act as a depositary to real estate and private equity funds. In addition to fund services NCM also approve financial promotions under s21 of FSMA for clients and act as security trustee on bond issues. The clients NCM act for vary from large private equity/venture funds to smaller equity funds and funds investing in property, renewables, commodities, forestry, bridging finance and family limited partnerships. NCM also act for a number of funds in the social sector.
