NCN Lending was formed in 2009 to provide capital for mortgage loan originations and purchases. We originate first mortgage loans secured by any viable property type with a clear path to repayment. We also purchase loans on the secondary market which meet our investment criteria. Eligible property types include standard income-producing properties (office, retail, industrial, multifamily) as well as entitled land, hospitality, health care, self-storage, tax credit deals, and recreational properties. The company does not use leverage or syndicate its loans, using its own money to provide creative capital solutions. NCN Lending will consider loans throughout the US. We specialize in providing loans for deals that have the following characteristics: 1. Financing that may not appeal to conventional lenders, such as discounted payoffs, environmental and brownfield properties, bankruptcy reorganizations, and note purchases. Deals that need to close quickly to capture a unique opportunity (minimum 2 weeks). Property types that are tough to place, such as land and recreational properties. Financing for borrowers who have experience with a particular type of property but who have credit problems.
