ND & S (Nuernberger, Duffe and Sauer) was initially established to provide quality, professional property management for the LowIncome Tax Credit projects developed by NDCG (Nuernberger Duffe Consulting Group) and their clients. Currently ND manages 156 homes and apartments in Hyde Park Neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri, 56 Hampton Place homes in Alton, Illinois, all LIHTC projects. NDCG and MillerO’Reilly are currently building Kemper Village Homes, a 40 LIHTC singlefamily home development in Boonville that will be managed by ND & S Management Company. ND & S manages a fourunit commercial building in Lafayette Square and a sq.ft. strip center (Alexian Plaza) on S. Broadway in St. Louis. ND has grown in expertise and is looking for property management opportunities.
