NDORSE, LLC represents a mobile and web based application called,"nDorse. Our app allows employees to provide real time positive feedback to each other based on fulfillment of one or more institutional core values. The goal of the app/web based platform is: 1) To provide real time feedback 2) To improve employee morale 3) To reinforce Institutional core values 4) To foster communication consequently improving team and inter department cohesiveness. The indirect effects of the app are enhancing productivity, work place satisfaction, and employee retention. The platform also has a Administrative Portal on our website that allow Admins of the Organizations to access data, reports and also print/store individual reports on employees.
