Hi I'm Rae and my pronouns are he/they. I'm a multisexual trans masculine non binary human with various disabilities, autism and ADHD. NDQ stands for Neurodivergent Queer. I have 14 years experience in the corporate world. I have worked in banking, insurance and pensions at FCA C1 regulated firms, specialising in compliance. I also have 7 years experience as a Unite Equalities representative. My passion has always been equalities, diversity and inclusion. I started out by setting up a colleague first disability network, and my experience in the sector has only grown from there, speaking and providing training and educational material on my lived experience as a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ specialist covering equalities law.
