Nds Investments

NDS is a family-run business built over decades, founded by Nour Al Din Samha, who rose from humble beginnings to build a multi-sector regional enterprise. What began as a small textile manufacturing operation has grown into a diversified group with a strong footprint across the Middle East. Today, our portfolio spans fashion retail, food & beverage, textile manufacturing, cosmetics, accessories, hospitality and investment, partnering with some of the world’s most iconic brands. As a family business, we value long-term relationships, trust and excellence principles that continue to guide every step of our growth. In addition to our retail ventures, we are proud to deliver innovative service-based solutions, including Pixishoot, the Middle East’s first fully digital e-commerce studio, enabling brands to elevate their online presence through advanced, technology-driven content production. At NDS, our mission extends beyond business success. We are committed to creating opportunities, supporting our communities and building meaningful value across every sector we operate in. Guided by the vision of our founder and strengthened by the next generation, we continue to expand, evolve and shape the future of retail, hospitality and investment in the Middle East.
