Who we are: The foundation of our firm was laid in 2003 in Potchefstroom under the then trade name Neil Esterhuysen Attorneys. Having been driven to Gauteng by various clients requiring the firm’s commercial expertise, the engine room moved to Centurion, Gauteng. Having identified the need to reposition our firm and harness the economies of scale that a large association of attorneys could offer, we concluded an equity transaction in 2013 with the entity Neil Esterhuysen and Associates and joined the Phatshoane Henney Group of Associated Law Firms. What we do: As a niche commercial and corporate law firm, we serve individuals and corporations but have a special affinity for the entrepreneurial SME’s, and the building, growing, and protection of their businesses, as well as structuring their assets and operations from of a legal perspective. We enjoy the advantages of being a smaller, vibrant law firm with minimal bureaucracy, less rigidity, greater contact, prompt action and a high degree of flexibility. This makes us easily manoeuvrable and able to adjust quickly to clients' needs, whilst always maintaining capacity.
