Neapolis is a boutique consulting firm I founded in 2009 in Paris to provide premium and luxury brands with first class actionable insights regarding- their identity and brand platform - the definition and international roll out of growth strategies aiming at enhancing this identity and nurturing a strongly differentiated brand territory. At Neapolis we thoroughly define the brand identity as this definition always plays a pivotal role in our further re assessment of brand general strategy. We also strive for a high level of consistency as far as key drivers of this strategy are concerned- clients segmentation & CRM - product and services offering - omni canal distribution & retail / wholesale strategies - digital marketing investments - human resources management; Last but not least, we focus on the various issues raised while implementing this strategy at local level, especially in multi cultural environments.
