Near Future Laboratory

The Near Future Laboratory pioneered the practical of Design Fiction and wrote the book on the topic: “The Manual of Design Fiction.” Design Fiction helps make futures real through the production of prototypes, helping teams understand potential opportunities and threats in their future. We have worked with a wide variety of partners, from global multinationals, governments and small enterprises. Our practice involves working closely with creative, thoughtful experts within various domains of work depending on the needs of any particular project.
