Neat Admin Co provides an outsourced office administration service to small and medium businesses, taking the concept of ‘virtual assistant’ to another level with a timeshare system that lets us become an integrated part of our clients’ businesses. At Neat Admin Co, we think outside the box – we don’t work Monday to Friday from nine to five and we don’t have a job description – but what we offer is a set of skills to adapt to what business owners really need and because we work remotely, our clients carry no overheads for our service. We manage the back office tasks so business owners don't have to spend Sunday afternoons managing accounts and trying to track down emails and invoices – we can handle everything from diary management to travel arrangements, accounts, monitoring web enquiries, data entry, Board meeting preparation and taking minutes. Founded by professional Executive Assistant Jenny McPeak, Neat Admin Co stands apart thanks to its monthly Executive Assistant packages, which provide the basis for an ongoing partnership with clients. Jenny’s goal is to make life easier for her clients and have a little fun along the way!
