Consultation services included training and mentoring for individuals and entire departments that need to embark on advanced development for the above platforms. Project management services were available to help plan related projects, and guide their development from spec, through coding, QA, documentation, deployment, issue tracking, and ongoing maintenance. Assistance provided to end-users and placement firms for employee hiring and evaluation, helping to craft job ads and ascertain candidate suitability for current and future company needs. Nebula R&D was a small business with an international presence, responding to inquiries and providing software and services for a worldwide audience on a daily basis.
