Necessary Trouble Collective

We are a growing collective of diverse trainers, facilitators, and practitioners committed to strengthening collaboration and belonging in organizations and communities working for social and climate justice. We do this by building skills, practices and systems that subvert structures and habits of dominance, right/wrong thinking, shaming and blaming, and reward and punishment. We offer training, coaching and consulting services that allow organizations to attend to impact and harm as it arises, building trust and connection. When there is a foundation of trust and connection, challenges and conflicts become sources of inspiration, creativity, learning and growth.
