need2know, Inc. was established in 1995 out of sheer frustration from trying to hire professional web developers and hosting companies. We were so tired of THE SAME LAME excuses and poor workmanship, that we shifted our focus from content providers, as we have been doing on and off since 1990, to providing Internet solutions - web site design, e-commerce, hosting, administration, ASP, information architecture & marketing, to others COMPANIES FACING THE SAME DILEMMA. It has been a long and arduous road but we were not alone. We were a part of the group that helped pioneer the Internet. We were there in the beginning when there were no rules. What makes us different is that we approach the Internet as business people. With our staff of marketers AND artists, AS WELL AS operations, sales, and customer service professionals, we look at how our clients function as a business and how the Internet can assist them in achieving their objectives. We also take a vested interest in seeing our clients succeed in their Internet endeavors through our continued support and assistance. We have a simple philosophy - the happier our clients are with our work now and in the future, the longer they will remain clients.
