Started in 2002 Needbased has designed and overseen a broad range of projects in the city of Santa Fe, NM and the greater Southwest. With strong hands-on experience in biding and construction NEEDBASED is able to design to and maximize a project budget to the clients best interests. NEEDBASED firmly believes in prioritizing carbon footprint reduction during construction and the building’s lifespan. Our approach is to first maximize the existing conditions through development of appropriate site planning and primary architectural details. We have then found that investing in the shell of the structure both in terms of durability and insulation provides significantly better returns then simply increasing the efficacy of the component that uses the fuel.
