Neela was born from the desire to deliver more than just pretty campaigns or social media posts. In 2012, Endel Cardoso began his journey in design. But it was in 2017, while working in B2C marketing for a major food company, that he realized something crucial: many businesses get stuck because they fail to identify the real obstacles blocking their growth. This insight became a driving purpose. In 2019, Neela Marketing was founded — a strategic consultancy created to go beyond traditional marketing. Since then, we’ve helped companies across various industries unlock their potential with a proprietary method that starts with an in-depth diagnosis and ends with the execution of strategies that truly work in practice.
