Negotiatress

Negotiatress is a Berlin-based initiative founded by Yasmine Guerin providing the tools for women of all ages and backgrounds to negotiate more and better for themselves, and integrate the critical tool of negotiation into every aspect of their daily lives. The Negotiatress method is about negotiating authentically and feeling comfortable in your own style, rather than copying “one-size-fit-all” negotiation tricks. It is about exploring what it means to be a strong female negotiator, and speaking up for a feminine voice in the world of negotiation. Negotiatress trainings and workshops are focused on awareness and capability-building, both online and offline, as well as one-on-one private consulting.
