Neilas Inc. is a Toronto-based real estate development company that was formed as a direct response to a void in the marketplace for small scale, higher quality boutique condominiums. Neilas Inc. is driven in its goal of raising the standard of condominium design through the creation of original living spaces in prime locations. Neilas Inc.’s first completed development was its CUBE Lofts in the Little Italy neighborhood of Toronto, a development that earned tremendous attention from both media and the public. Neilas Inc. looks forward to a number of other projects currently in the company’s development calendar, including its OpArt Lofts in Oakville, a project inspired by the 1960s art movement of the same name.
