From 2009 in our small coffee shop in the St-Roch district of Quebec City, to 2018 when we took the plunge into the world of roasting, our goal has always been to bring specialty coffee to a wider audience. We take great pleasure in exploring and discovering, without preconceptions, all the new drying processes, the different terroirs and the coffee growers behind each plantation, and then sharing the fruits of our research with you.
